    Hello Danny,
I know what you mean about the loss of confidence in yourself. I have a neck injury and have been stuck indoors for four months, it has stopped me doing anything, no writing, painting, seeing
friends, and cant bear the fear of the symptoms coming on if my husband goes out, so he is a bit trapped too.
How is the film making going of your book it all takes such a long time doesn't it. No apostrophes as it is dark and I don't know where they are on my new computer - oh look one happened by accident.
    :)

  • Alicia O'Hara (Wednesday, January 20 16 10:05 pm GMT)

    Good afternoon, Daniel.
I have been enjoying reading your words, this afternoon. ~ What a lovely place to visit on a cold and snowy day! I hope all is well with you, and yours, and the new year is being most kind for you.
You will always be one of my absolute favourite gents, on Twitter.
I send my very best to you, and yours!
    ~ Beannaichte'!
    As Ever,
    Alicia O'Hara

Hi Daniel, I loved your tweet with the following poem in it.
    Take your petty criticism

    Take away your disdain.

Live your life removed from me,

As I quickly forget your name.

If it's okay with you I want to post it on my blog along with a mention of The Desolate Garden.

  • Nic D'Anna (Wednesday, February 26 14 08:21 am GMT)

Thanks, Daniel, I needed that. I'm a cab driver in Tucson, Arizona, and am currently putting the finishing touches on a murder mystery I've been working on for three years. After working so hard on
it, I'm at the scary point of putting it out there and it helps to know that you have found success in similar circumstances. Congratulations. PS: I have a blog site (my homepage) where I tell
    taxi-driving stories.

  • Carolyn McKay (Saturday, January 04 14 01:16 pm GMT)

I have enjoyed your site very much. I especially liked what I read when I clicked the link 'why did I start to write'. It touched a nerve in me for reasons I won't go into here. Suffice I have an
    understanding of that anguish.
I'm almost finished reading The Desolate Garden. Congratulations on a superb work!

  • Michael James Gallagher (Tuesday, December 31 13 03:55 pm GMT)

Wonderful to see someone who did it. You give me hope in story telling.
    Thx

Love your . . . ahem . . . sarcasm and dry humor! Just found your page through my friend Sharon Lavy's hosting you on her blog. Gonna buy your book soon. :)

You like to talk about you? Ha. Don't all writers? Me? I've already learned at my age that everyone is boring unless talking about writing (mine, particularly) and/or my grandsons. :)

My debut novel, The Redemptin of Caralynne Hayman, is releasing from The Lighthouse Publishing September this year. A novel of a cult, abuse, revenge, and redemption. Hope shining through the
    darkness.
